Our company, Akalsahai Wood Products was incepted in 1981 as the manufacturer of Treated Wooden, Pallets Packing Boxes and Crates as per ISPM 15. Our growth was well visualized before hand by our founder, and with the passage of time as the demand increased we added to our list of products from wooden boxes, pallets, boxes, crates, drums to wooden palletisation for export packing. This methodical approach coupled with expertise experience raised the sales figures and increased the list of our satisfied customers. Style of Pallets
Our
entire range of Pallets are designed as per the requirement of the
overseas buyers. The process of palletisation falls under 8 steps,
starting from - placing of pallets to the floor, arranging of cartons /
material, wrapping with streeth film, assembling top with side plants,
strapping with iron or plastic, stuffing and then finally latching. We
have also gained recognition as the manufacturer of heavy pallets which
have weight capacity upto 1.5 tons. Other types of pallets made are :
-two way entry double deck reversible
-two way entry single deck
-two way entry double deck reversible handling drums
-two way entry take or leave it drums pallets
-four way entry double deck non-reversible
-four way entry double deck reversible
-two way entry non reversible winged deck
-two way entry double deck non-reversible.
Process Flow The
types of wood used by us are - safeda (hard wood), kikar & other
(hard wood) and pine (imported) (soft wood). The safeda type of wood is
available according to the particular seasons and is used for export
quality packing. Various products like - wooden pallets, boxes, crates,
cabledrums and ply wood boxes are made out of this type of wood. We
benefit from heavy export consignments, where wooden pallets are sent
worldwide.
